Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Health by Science is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Health by Science is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

International Shipping

At this time, Health by Science primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.
